It was ultimately done by Michael Maloney Studios who, although did some really sloppy animation within it (just because it’s a ‘dream-like’ setting doesn’t mean everyone must move like anaethesetised zombies), did a really great narrative with loads of really nice touches.
I assume that because Red Bee asked for the same style that’s why they look so similar (would be awful to think that they just use pitches to art direct for free!).
