I’ve realised how rubbish I’ve been at updating my blog so am going to start popping some things I’ve been doing over the last few months.

First up is a very VERY quick turnaround cheap and cheerful thing for Channel 4 last Christmas (2011)

Phone call on Monday evening while my wife was ill.

Delivery of film on Thursday afternoon.

Five days before Christmas.

If this is the typical turn around for Channel 4 I will never look at one of their promos and think “Well, they could have put a bit more effort into that one.”

One of the nice things was being able to play around with Cathy Newman (purely in a Photoshop/After Effects way), who was at school with me, and try and get her as center stage as possible hence why she’s in front of Jon Snow at the start. The red dress helps although with the flying cattle/pig shot at the end I had to have Jon Snow up front, but i did give her a cup of tea if that helps. Go Cathy!!
